A simple and delicious guacamole recipe.

Ingredients

  • 4 avocados
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • ¼ white or red onion, chopped
  • 1 roma tomato, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 small to medium jalapeño, seeded and finely diced
  • 4 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • Sea salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut avocados in half, remove pits, and scoop flesh into a bowl. Smash until desired consistency.
  2. Add garlic, onion, tomato, and jalapeño. Squeeze lime juice over mixture and stir.
  3. Add cilantro and sea salt to taste. Mix thoroughly to combine flavors.
